Westex Telecom

WesTex Telecom, a telephone cooperative in west Texas with an almost 75 year legacy, expanded their service offering to include cable television and  super high-speed internet.

This required a real face lift for their brand. We needed a logo that made this cooperative look as big as their products and as friendly as their west Texas-style customer service. 

We incorporated a symbol for the sun, a familiar sight on the horizon of the flat plains of west Texas.

The circle W also is purposefully reminiscent of historic cattle brands.
